We subscribe to a code of ethics that is rooted in international standards for our industry.  At MHS we are all InterNachi Certified property inspectors and surveyors.  We are very aware that Property Transactions have become a risky and regulated sector where survey, inspection and reporting are key to a successful and problem free transaction.
